Withdrawal policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Consumers in the EU have the statutory right of withdrawal. Payment processing — and therefore refunds — are handled by Stripe as Merchant of Record.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right, an unambiguous declaration suffices (e.g. email to hello@therose.media or to Stripe support via the link in your invoice).
Early expiry
Processing of your manuscript begins at your express request before the withdrawal period ends. If you consented to the start and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal lapses upon full performance, the right expires once the service has been rendered in full.
If you withdraw after processing has begun but before completion, you owe the share of the service already rendered.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, payments are refunded without undue delay, at the latest within fourteen days, via Stripe — using the same means of payment you used.
