Confidentiality & ownership

All rights in the submitted work remain with you. All delivered files — corrected editions, final DOCX, final PDF, report — belong to you as well and may be used, published and exploited without restriction and without naming ROSEFORGE.

We only receive the right to process your work for this one order. That right ends with deletion.

Your work is never published, sold or passed on to third parties. It is not used to train AI models, nor as an example, reference or for advertising unless you expressly agree in writing.

Only the operator looks into it, and only as far as the human approval steps of your order require. Confidentiality continues after the order ends.

For inspection, editing and translation an AI service processes the complete text of the work — encrypted, solely for your order and without any training use (privacy policy section 5).

Manuscript and cover are encrypted with AES-256 on receipt. Unencrypted working copies exist only during an inspection or production run. Your order page opens only with your random order ID.

After delivery: 90 days to download, then all work files are deleted automatically and completely.

Orders that originated at fabulante.com: 90 days after delivery, earlier on request. Submissions via fabulante.com without an order: 30 days after receipt.

Unpaid orders: after 14 days. Cancelled orders: 30 days after cancellation. Resting orders without completion: no later than 180 days after receipt.

Encrypted daily backups expire no later than 15 days after deletion. The upload intermediate store releases files after 24 hours at the latest.

After delivery your order page offers the button “Delete permanently now”. One click and confirming with the word DELETE is enough — manuscript, cover, report and all delivered files are gone at once. During processing, write to hello@therose.media; we delete and end the order.

The order summary without any work content (order ID, title, author name, email, package, history) as tax evidence, for at most 10 years. And, if a certificate was issued, its public register entry with title, author name, file names and checksums — without any work content, removable on request.
